Yes! We are licensed in Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee.
Do I need a permit to build a fence?
It depends on the city you live in. But rest assured, Simply Fencing will make sure to file for the permit if your city or town requires it.
Do I need a land survey before installing a fence?
No, but you, the customer, are responsible for knowing where your property lines are. We will install the fence where you tell us to and will not assume liability for crossing property lines.
Does your company provide any warranties?
Yes! We offer a 2 year workmanship warranty on every fence we install.
How can you be sure not to hit any underground utilities?
Simply Fencing will contact the local line locators to have any utilities coming from the road marked. You, the customer, are responsible for knowing where any underground utilities are located within your property not marked by the local line locators.
Does your company set posts in concrete?
Yes! We set every post in concrete.
